I've asked this question before but I don't think it was ever answered: how do I download things and access them from MyGamer? When I click on a link, all it says is I've downloaded "x" from MyGamer but nothing actually downloads. What the hell, punks?

Is it just me or can you not download things yet? I click on "download", a message comes up saying I have downloaded "so-and-so" from MyGamer.com and then that's it. What the hell am I doing wrong?
