My advice to everyone: Do NOT buy either an HD-DVD player or Blu-Ray disc player YET. You don't want to end up with the "Beta" of a technology, now do you? And we ALL know what happens when Sony supports a format (Mini-disc, umd). Mind you, Blu-ray isn't a pure proprietary format at least...

Oh I agree. My SBA SP didn't have any wireless stuff and I still would have been upset had it used AA or AAA batteries. But it doesn't mean that it won't work. And that it won't have a long enough battery life for how it operates.
