yep. there is even a downgrader to 1.5 so they can upgrade to 3.03 OE-C! In this firm., u can literally do anything. no more limits or hassles! i know so b/c im using it & it rules!

Well it uses the gamesave (exploit) to run codes. apparently Sony didnt patch it up that well so they used it to exploit it again! it was there the whole time. (does this make sense or should i say it in a different way? :) )

Thats right! the catch is you must have the original GTA LCS (unpatched) you can google it or go to pspupdates.qj.net (or pspupdates.qj.net/pda for the ones with slow connection or psp. ;) )
